Sunday Double Haiku

photography, Poetry, poetry - haiku

Morning rolls over

mountains sigh throwing off fog

blankets. Sunlight wakes

melting frost, golden

grows. Wipe the bleary. Open

curtains, reveal day.

  1. Yes. Especially the first three lines. The weight of morning rolling over and mountains throwing off fog blankets…many mornings feel just like this!

    • okay Phyl – i take it you still feel the same way about poetry being foreign and hard to understand? sorta like Japanese is to me? 🙂

If you have somethin' to say, I reckon this is where you should do it. (If you're a newbie hereabouts, your first comment will be held for approval - cuts down on spam.) Thank ye for chatting!
