Education

Education is the structured process of fostering learning, the acquisition of technical skills, information, practices, social attitudes, values, beliefs, and interpersonal skills. It is used to train students for specific purposes, such as in sports, human resource management, and teaching. Educational systems may include primary and secondary schooling, college education, vocational and technical schools, and post-secondary programs. Professional education is a system of education that results from professional study or specialization in a particular field, such as nursing or teaching. Professional education may include specialized training or teaching, or both.

The term education system refers to any type of educational institution that disseminates knowledge to pupils in order to develop their skills and knowledge. Pupils learn through instructional practice and visual and oral communications. Secondary school education system usually follows the curriculum of the country’s school board. Pupils can gain knowledge by participating in programs offered by local educational institutions or through formal and informal study abroad programs. Distance education system usually follows the public school system.

Primary school instruction covers teaching methods such as teaching based on teaching methods such as Montessori or Waldorf, teaching through multimedia technologies such as using video games and teaching computers, and experiential teaching which is the combination of direct instruction and hands-on learning by using tools such as the computer and electronic whiteboards. Secondary school instruction normally focuses on academic subjects such as mathematics, reading, science, and history, or some form of social science or geography. A further development of primary and secondary school instruction is provided through applied teaching, which combines teaching with hands-on activities, research, and case studies. The most recent addition to the curriculum is the online courses, which provide an alternative to traditional classroom teaching and provide comprehensive information, resources and preparation for college or university courses.
